The NGO "Institute for the Development of Social Services" joined the second Career Festival at VDNH in Kyiv - the largest career event in the country, which this year brought together over 99 thousand visitors, 302 companies and organizations, as well as thousands of specialists, employers, representatives of the public sector and educational institutions.
Over the course of four days, the organization's team presented its activities, introduced participants to areas of work, and sought new opportunities for cooperation. The festival became a platform for establishing partnerships, exchanging experiences, and discussing the challenges facing Ukrainian organizations and businesses today.
One of the key events was a meeting with entrepreneurs and HR professionals during the workshop «How to Keep a Team: Practical Support Tools in Difficult Times.» Participants talked about how to support employees in times of uncertainty, prevent burnout, and create an environment in which people can remain productive and motivated even in times of crisis.
The team also presented the program "WORK&CARE: TEAM RESILIENCE" - a comprehensive approach to supporting employees and developing a culture of care in organizations. The program is designed to help employers strengthen the resilience of teams, care for the well-being of teams, and preserve human potential in difficult times for the country.
The Career Festival once again confirmed that the future of the Ukrainian labor market is built not only around professional skills, but also around people, their resilience, support, and willingness to work together for a common result.
